Event Details

Thursday, May 21 | 6:30-9:30PM | Madison, CT Surf Club

Join Moms of Madison for an evening of education, movement, and community on the shoreline.

This event brings together Madison Moms for a candid conversation around pelvic health, followed by a gentle sunset yoga session overlooking the water.

What to Expect

We’ll begin the evening with an informative and approachable session led by Dr. Courtney Edgecomb, PT, DPT, owner of Regenerative Edge Physical Therapy and Wellness (RedgePT).

Together, we’ll talk through common pelvic floor concerns that affect at least 1 in 4 women, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. We’ll break down why these issues are common — but not normal — and, most importantly, very treatable.

Lauren Dailey, founder of Fill Up Your Cup, will then guide us through a gentle yoga flow timed with the sunset. This class is designed to naturally strengthen and relax the pelvic floor without overthinking it — accessible, supportive, and grounding.

Why This Matters

Because women deserve better information about their bodies. Because “common” doesn’t mean “normal.” Because taking care of yourself should feel approachable, empowering, and supported. And because there’s nothing we can’t do when we come together. All event proceeds from ticket sales will support a local Madison family struggling to make ends meet through our partnership with Madison Youth & Family Services.
